If the future lot is for townhouses, good luck in trying to collect from them, so the onus falls on the 62 house buyers. If half are investors...31 has to pay for whole taman...can die standing as there is no DMC like TP.

If not mistake last time i have inform you before Townhouse below RM650K. Good View (Resident 2) are phase 2 for this project. Inside look like have 2 & 1/2 storey if not mistake price sure RM700K above. Somemore have Semi -D too but i don't know price. You like Resident 2 because of lakeside? hahaha
