sure bro. but that area, i only pass by during night time. can see some "black guy" standing there waiting for taxi or walking along that road. frankly speaking, i still don feel quite comfortable to stay there but i think things will change after time. I got to go and have a look the concept there

maybe Bukit Permai ppl come out take taxi.

if pw3, if those units far away from rock hill should be safe, but dunno the price will be higher or not....the view should be quite nice for those near to Tanming banglo......

But in the event that any of the unit is damaged due to the falling rock, then the whole row also nobody wanna buy jor!

Do you think still have ppl worry about that? Like Puchong area jam like hell also still have ppl purchase there.
