Btw do you hear of any plan to relocate our pasar pagi?

I really hope there is a permanent place for the pasar pagi, stalls at road side are both obstructing traffic and cleanliness of road also affected. Actually who own the empty land behind pasar? currently used for parking and car wash.

My other wish list for Bandar Sungai Long/BMC

1) Post office
2) Bomba (fire fighting department)

Yup, in Alam Damai there is a special plot of land for pasar/wet market, even in government low cost house in Sri Johor, Batu 3 1/2 Cheras there is a plot of land special for pasar pagi.

If the land behind pasar pagi belong to MPKJ, this is perfect location for pasar pagi.

The shop owner also to be blamed as they have occupied the parking lot with their dining table.

I remember before we moved into Palmwalk many years ago, SHL also organised some cultural show and light refreshment served at Palmwalk Linear Garden although the houses are fully sold then. I think this is called show case kua, some sort of publicity awareness campaign or developer still keep some unit in order to sell it at higher price?

I think there are few phases in Goodview @ Sg Long, sold out in previous phase and some new launch at later phase.

The cleanliness of the lake will affect the value of GV@Sg Long, wonder who pay for the maintenance of lake -MPKJ or the RA. If MPKJ GV@Sg Long residents sure will suffer, if RA then maintenance cost also expensive.

Not too far lah, it just next to the SMK Sg Long, but may face problem when school session start and end.

MPKJ recently cleared off a lot of trees and rubbish at retention pond in Palmwalk, as we told them if don't do it now next time may be got denggi, they react within 24 hours, now the pond is crystal clean
