If I were bungalow buyer, I won't choose this place as this is just too near to a high rise (Green Acre).

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Dec 1 2014, 11:41 PM) Ya, soemmore green arce is quite rundown, u dun wan ro spent million and being watched by the people from the rundown apartment..... Green Acre is rundown apartment? Not sure about it but those multimillionaire definately want privacy & exclusiveness feel, what exclusiveness you can expect when your bungalow (20+ units) is so near to a medium cost condo. SHL really need to think hard about it. |

QUOTE(Mr.DC @ Dec 2 2014, 03:05 PM) ic….i thought from house to house. If facing condo I know is not good, how about the condo located behind my house? Generally, condo behind is ok provided not too near. Ancient wisdom is mountain (the place your house sit) need to be taller than water (what your house face). |

QUOTE(doomdoom @ Dec 3 2014, 04:55 PM) the road in front of SL13 looks like so rundown...if i remember correctly someone mention this road belong to private so MPKJ not bother to maintain on it, right? Understand that MPJK has instructed the developer to repair the road on 28/11/2014, not sure the developer has done anything so far. |

QUOTE(airwolf2010 @ Dec 3 2014, 05:54 PM) if i'm not count mistaken, half of the UTAR student(4k-5k) able to conquer most if the condo in Sg Long. So around how many condo unit in Bandar Sungai Long?Of course I assumed only 50% of each condo try to rent out only. The maintenance fee of Flora condo is very high! Now only Greenview still able to see some unit let go less than 450k, but car park is a big issue. If you park outside, walk back to your unit is a very good exercise to slim you down! As far as I know the population around 60,000 people landed + condo around 12,000 units if we assume 5 in a unit. This post has been edited by Palmwalker001: Dec 4 2014, 03:57 PM |

QUOTE(greenmoon @ Dec 4 2014, 04:06 PM) not sure..according to MCA in newspaper is 6000. But it may just an estimation or calculation based on IF all the faculties are fully operated?? According to wikipedia UTAR has 23,000 students in 2014, let say 40% move to Sungai Long already 9,200 students.Don't forget, UTAR students number growth at least 3%to 4% pa By 2015, 9,200 will become 9,500 students, let don't forget UTAR staff and lecturer cum their family. 9,000 to 10,000 new tenants is a pretty conservative figure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universiti_Tunku_Abdul_Rahman This post has been edited by Palmwalker001: Dec 4 2014, 04:23 PM |
