Normally I go to Jusco Chears Selatan or Batu 11 mini post office.

I think RM40 per month is not much but I still remember earlier this year RA in SL7 almost stop the guard service because many don't pay.

The bungalow opposite SL6 and next to Green Acre I suppose.

How to go in there, via SL8?

At least we know the developer is Dawang S/B for the land opposite SL6,SL9 and palm walk...

For the remaining 11%,most of them are tenant, the committee will make them to register every time they go in and out of Palmwalk no exception until the landlord join the scheme.

The upcoming facilities will be financed by the accumulated fund from security fee paid and no outsider will be allowed to use it even though the land belong to MPKJ. mm..I forsee people outside Palmwalk may not agree.

currently the guard let them go because they know this people, come next year new security company appointed will be given specific instruction to make them register.

which area you live do you face similar problem?

As far as I know all visitor to Palmwalk need to leave his/her license with the Guard, in return the driver will be given visitor tag or something, license will be return upon return of visitor tag, SOP for most condo,

Yup I think Palmwalk is one of the largest housing phase in Bandar Sungai Long with more than 700 housing units.

I think wont be long Palmwalk resident need not to lower their window to touch the reader with access card. Just wave their card with this RFID Proximity Reader (photo) below will do. This Reader has been installed at Guard House A since Friday for trial.
