not said SHL is bad developer la, at least the DSL layout is good and fully utilize all the space..

i also got SHL DSL at sungai long...good appreciation..but to say this project is better than SEH and eco majestic...i doubt.... tongue.gif

actually the show units in good view heights are not only show units, they are actual units that built on the actual site..

hopefully BBW will feedbakc to the SHL to fit all those wall crack before turn the buyers down..

chit chat with few uncles aunties there when view the units, all are complaining about the uneven wall surface and the wall crack.....

BBW please help feedback to SHL on the workmanship, oledy scare off some potential buyers... tongue.gif

Dun think there wil be any double storey project at sungai long anymore, i mean real sg long, not the sg long south...

The remain limited land at sg long most likely go for bunglow, semiD or highend condo

They better dun do it, this golf club is the inly green lung for sungai long, but SHL is profit 1st developer, guess mostly will turn it to residential.......but hopefully just some bungalow and remain most of the greenery in golf club

most rich ppl still prefer the golf club at bukit damansara, tropicana and jalan tun razak there...


so most likely this sg long golf club will become the same fact like kajang golf club which turn into residential+commercial development in near future...

dun think SHL got ambitious to built all those link roads to make the connectiviy for thier township become better...

most of time they just built, sell and wash hands...then focus on other projects...

so far only see some develoeprs willing to take care their projects eventhough handed over to buyers for long period..

for example..setia alam by sp setia, mont kiara by sunrise...these areas are pretty mature already and more than 10 years but develoepr still take good care on it...

dun think so.....setia alam comes with good infrastructure...wide roads....nice landscape....

sg long + BMC just too messy....

Obviously SHL+Lion group cant beat sp setia in township planning...

i am not sure....looks like construction just stop...the entry road still not put the tar yet...and the school looks empty...last i read still need about 1million plus to complete the rest of construction and also purchase the things for the school...

but no any party or committee ask for fund raising...

i dun think the school open can ease the traffic..as many other areas like balakong/cheras batu 11 parents will sent their kids to this school...

it's not under develop, in fact sg long and mahkota is almost fully develop...

it's similar with kinrara, with golf course as center of the township, but kinrara is a mixture of chinese+malay+indian..sg long and mahkota mostly chinese...and commerocial at sg long+mahkota is more happening compare to kinrara..

kinrara commercial is depend on puchong and sri petaling area...the commerical at kinrara is consider dead.....

if sp setia is the major developer for sg long +mahkota...it will be evn more succesful compare to current as sp setia is good in township planning and well take care on the infrastructure and landscape at public area...
