the palm walk at sg long developer price is about 280k 4 years ago..now guess how much?...600k above...this is like 100% increase...not need speculator also increase like hell...

those red bricks design house at sg long have a great appreciation over the years, especially recently mostly set up with fenced and guarded community...the price is like more than 100% increase in 3 years time...better performance than lot of famous well establish place...

palm walk phase 2, last 3 months there is an unit face field asking price at 685k...then close deal at 680k...

as i know, more than 90% sg long residents are chinese population...

semenyih in future got access link to lekas highway, can access to kl bypass semenyih town and kajang perdana area...

so the time from semenyih to kl will be faster compare to kajang 2/TTDI grove in future.

it's not the distance that matter, it's the access route that decide it...

yup, most of the sg long houses had been fence and guarded with access card control....make this place become more exclusive...not like those old taman-rtaman which not possible to fence up and make it feel very insecure feel..

the srjkc looks almost complete..when it operate..this area will attract more chinese buyers especially those with family..basically this area got everything..

from primary school to univerisity...wet market, kopitiam, AEON, lots of shoplots....very convenient for family stay...

ya..sg long landed more average more higher than BMC...mostly because nicer living environment...BMC more looks like 505 of commercial, 50% of residential...

sg long 80% is residential area..more peaceful living environment...
