Lets say 1L of milk costs Rm4.50, gives 34g of protein/L, so 1g of protein would cost Rm0.13. 1 egg costs Rm0.30, gives 6g of protein, so 1g would be RM0.05 ON whey costs RM180 for 2.2kg, so 1g of protein would be RM0.08
That's just some simple calculations. IMO whey isn't THAT expensive considered the convenience it provides.
I knew LY protein sellers were cheap, but I didn't realize that prices were THAT low!

On a per unit level, yes. But if you're consuming some 150 g of supplemental protein in addition to meals, this still works out to a difference of 100-200 RM per month.

guys ... i heard guy mentioned about him taking a pill call anabolic pills and couple with mass gainer ....it took him 6 months to become muscular as shit with packs....i have googled anabolic...is that steroids???
im actually curious to know that 'some' of you are actually bulking for how many years already?? yes i can see your muscles popping big n high but u know you actually have too much fat inside your body?? bb is about building muscles and some of you who think you eat all the fatty stuffs because u like it that way. you are actually wasting your time in bodybuilding. if u cannot eat only lean steamed meat/vege (very very seldom fried stuff) i think u better stop wasting your efforts =)) just my 2cents

I wouldn't be surprised if the fatty FoxAss is referring to is me, since I'm the most openly unhealthy eater on here and I fit the physical description!
Either way, I think in general it's pointless to spend your time in the gym throwing shade at other people for whatever reason; that effort is more efficiently used worrying about yourself! We all have our own little cross/titties to bear, after all.

hey all forumer , i really nid a guide now, im really wan to gain my weight, cos im underweight, 175cm only 48kg, anything that can help me gain my weight?
Keep a food log, adjust caloric intake accordingly...actually, isn't this somewhere up in the stickies? Check those.
Also, on a side note, I thought I'd take a back photo to see how things looked and realized that a) I got a lot of back fat b) I need to do lat work and c) I don't know how to do lat flares.
