what is oat bread.

try taking Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Consume at least 500-600kcal per meal. and Eat 6-7 meal a day. and eat more nuts ....

just eat anything healthy.

why not nasi lemak on the morning ?

as for the bread. Eat Gardenia wholegrain 5-6 slice with 1 250ml milk. then only get about 500-600kcal

yeah include more protein in your diet. fastest protein, from the serious mass. The serious mass is for convenient if you cannot find food when hungry. Dont let yourself feel hungry

Take about 20-30g of protein per meal. 1 chicken breast about 25g protein.

I have beeen taking whey protei, fish oil and experiment with some L-carnitine, Carb Less supp (which contain-white kidney bean, chitosan and etc) and green tea before this and do not experience any hair loss. Thank GOD.

Low carb is good for cutting.
Low carlorie also good for cutting.
Combination of low carb and low calorie I think is the best. Last cutting I did low carb low calorie and I think it work for me thumbup.gif

focus on your cardio. Can also take fat burner, but need to combine with cardio and good diet. Side effects depend on people

crab, try to do a clean bulk. With carb. Then cut if you feel that you look too fat.

i take rice or oat for power .... glucolin only take if not enough time to eat. 30 minutes before workout. Take with whey protein or any protein

snowberry, eat more so that you can push more. If u eat and rest enough, u can lift heavier and hit the muscle. So tomorow u can walk like duck

Also can take creaatine monohydrate as supplement. Creatine also is said to give u more power

do a bodybuilding cutting diet until your bodyfat drop below 10%. Then the manboob will be reduce. Maybe it will take 3 months
