simple carbs for post workout is to spike ur insulin level to fight catabolism (consuming ur muscle in frank) and it does the same as in ur breakfast, u have been starving for 8 hours in which again u will be in catabolic mode, so Carbs up. smile.gif

Found a pretty nice read on Frank Zane's interview on his training, diet, Some stuff on conditioning for contest (now i know wat is conditioning XD) and etc

I can make it only on weekend for that time lol. Yesh, not a problem, but i dont know if i m a good spotter, i have been training alone for quite a while but i will try XD .

Never try to listen to my own music during training, but i bet metal may do the trick XD.


Anywhere, today is my chest day and seems like superpump250 actually help a little (felt less tired, less lactic acid kind of feeling), compared to whiteflood by control lab, sp250 doesnt really focus tat much on the caffeine overdose feeling, it gives u slight boost on focus and the rest just endurance. But on the first day dosage, it gave me a slight diarrhoea feeling, stomach rumble a little, today is my third day, it calm down a little hehe.

lol, i got it cheap from ego as the cap was broken (was trying to get creatine by then but there is no stock for ego creatine so plan to try superpump250 hehe). Yeah, workout in the morning, those pre workout supp give me a pretty good charge up XD

Peak hour sux to the max, if chix staring still fine with me but.... too bad and having hard time to get the dumbells too, ppl are hogging or taken by the trainer.

By the way, i m wondering does improper diet lead to body odour? i realized that when i was in cutting phase, my body odour went down (while working if i sweat) and now i m bulking up all the smells seems to comming back.....

any idea?
