so you eat like normal and like me, say by evening im already lazy to go gym but my calorie intake and protein intake already like gym day already

if dont go, will they accumulate into fats any time soon?
cuz today im just so damn lazy to go

the biggest cons is simple...
u dont know what to do, if you're taking juice u need a platform, if u are damn skinny and you just take juice it work work, you have to be at a certain level before you can take juice if not you're just gonna screw ur self over.

dosage, if you think you know and start by taking lets say, 250mg a week with a testosterone with a long ester, slow release, go for lets say 10 weeks, do u think you're grow? yes you will but this is wrong, you're just supressing your natural testosterone production, if you want to go you need to be on a higher dosage.
after 10 weeks, chances that you're gonna lose everything that you've gained during your juice cycle is very very high, thats why post cycle theraphy is important,
since ur only taking such a low dosage which then supress your natural testosterone production, how to kick start your natural testosterone production??? etc etc?
if you dont do this correctly you might screw up your entire life.
some people thought if they took testosterone and do they pct for 2 weeks is enough, then they start back again on a new cycle after resting for another 2 weeks, thats 4 weeks off juice,
but infact longer ester testosterone like sustanon stays in your body for 4 weeks. so when you do 2-3 cycles like this your whole body was on juice for that particular 2-3 cycles non stop, you might screw up your balls.

alah banyak la, wanna go into details pon pening.
just if you think you know what you're doing, think again. LOL
this is not like taking vitamin c or animal pak.

sebab bile u cucuk synthetic test, ur body dah cakap "hey dah ade orang produce hormon, buat ape produce lagi" and things like nolva / arimidex tells the body otherwise

just wanna tell u guys one story
kat sini ade sorang mamat norway
huge guy - years of bb experience

but when he saw what the bajau laut people did to install the wooden long houses in the open seas, he just shrank in respect of these small but hardened people
i mean they do wooden piling using a handmade wooden piledriver which weighs around 15-20kgs
and they do a basic deadlift but during the concentric motion they hurl the driver up and pile it down on the plank to drive the leg of a platform into the sea floor
i can do what he does but only for 1-2 reps before my back got strained
the norwegian guy tried too but he can do about 6 reps before giving up
nampak je senang...

the bajau are really really something

i have a question
its more towards medicine though so i hope darklite can help

i've taken a deliberate 2 week rest from gym after 4 straight months of gymming
so this week mau start but i was experiencing this nasty heartburn whenever i exerted myself (i.e. heart rate at 70-90% effort)
i can bench at most 120lbs at 8 reps usually but nak buat 40lbs pun dah kene heartburn, no mood already
outside gym, if i do pushups or run and my heart rate starts to increase, heartburn attacks

im taking medications now but im just wondering why
i dont remember taking any spicy or highly acidic food recently

have u guys experienced a nasty case of indigestion?
i had it yesterday after my post workout meal
just a half chicken from nandos (usually i can take 3/4) and after that my stomach felt like its about to burst, all the gas and heartburn, acid reflux and nasty headache

casein is good but it usually comes in weight gainers macam muscle milk (one of the best sources IMO) but there are other sources too
i takut ngan casein a bit cuz i get bloated easily
it helps during fasting though
