10 eggs...i tried before, last time masa gemok can eat 15 eggs at one go
now cannot eat a lot
even half chicken already too much for my stomach
so, if got 10 eggs, eat 5 first then the balance in the next 2 hours

anyway, is going low carb good for cutting?
or take carbs but less fats?

diet is pretty clean nowadays (preparing for fasting month) except for 2 servings of heavily laden tuna + salad sandwich on WHITE BREAD...hahaha

one vial usually costs u around rm60+ (the entry level) and u need to have the ice box with you too

i know because i read about these stuffs for some of my friends who orders them from thailand (my friends' english = poor)

but for your question, my answer is its possible to get it in malaysia both the legal and illegal channels but the former will shrink your wallet

i tried low carb diet (only bad carb supply was from white bread or 80% dark chocolate - one square a day)
my friend saw that my jawline had emerged and my love handles shrank
but i still have those left over fats when i lost weight

dudes
i have skipped gym for the past 3 days
and tonight im planning to do a full 3 x circuit of compound bodyweight workout
reason being - im going to gym at 930, gym closes at 11
what do u think?

im planning to do

incline DB bench press
squat
shoulder press
deadlift

lastly end with some arm training or perhaps a 10 minute HIIT
what do u think?

i love all workout for legs although i like to stick to basics and tak buat stuff like walking lunges and some forms which involves a name of a country
