diet is pretty clean nowadays (preparing for fasting month) except for 2 servings of heavily laden tuna + salad sandwich on WHITE BREAD...hahaha

dudes
i have skipped gym for the past 3 days and tonight im planning to do a full 3 x circuit of compound bodyweight workout reason being - im going to gym at 930, gym closes at 11 what do u think? im planning to do incline DB bench press squat shoulder press deadlift lastly end with some arm training or perhaps a 10 minute HIIT what do u think? |
