soho with hda can get 90% normal commercial title max 85% loan tenure depend with bank one of our panel can goes up to 35 years, average is 25-30 years

All the SOs need to wait to cash out. Market is not quite ready for flipping with huge margins.

what do u think about sofo nowadays? easy to rent out? there is one in ampang area currently looking at?

How much bro...i currently deal with one of my wife colleague friend...

She doing airbnb business for soho in scott garden...

Very good occupancy... she rent from owner and sublet it as airbnb...she got 3-5 units there....

Make sure its near kl, near etnertainment, attration area and have very good mrt/lrt/highway connectivity

Got another one beside kota damansara. But its sovo.
Not under hda. Loan max 85%. 504sqft. 380k bumi price.
Connect directly to mrt line 1 and 2.

This project seems like location is good, over high density and non hda product is the main factor to make decision.
Btw, I see more and more ppl are keen to give a try on sovo,sofo, soxo. rolleyes.gif

Any takes on the new Soho units in ss15? The old Asia cafe location. Priced RM490k and above. Many amenities and connectivity is good. Quite populated. But will the loan+maintenance fee be covered by the rental?

Any input from you guys?
