There's no link i could provide, but i can specific out one of two soho that's consider as commercial max loan margin 85% and loan tenure max 25-30 depends with bank, one of the example is Cyberjaya The Place their SPA is without HDA wording, and not entitle for 95% loan margin 35 years tenure, Another one is COVA Square SOHO in Kota damansara also without HDA wording,

So there's info in this discussion thread all SOHO is with HDA is mislead info which is not accurate.
