Hiya all emulers. I'm currently encountering 1 problem, i can't connect to emule at all! When i click on the server list, it says the particular server i chose was full. But the amount only 600k out of 900k. What's wrong with it? All the other servers are like that as well. I did the port forward. When i click "test port" at the TCP and UCP, it shows 2 green ticks. But the server i still can't get it connected to it. Pls help me, thanks~

Try clean-reinstall, enable protocol obfuscation and connect to the verified servers.

Meh... I still have the funny problem of getting good, high ID connection to server, but Kad network always firewalled, and downloads = 0 sources, but upload always max.

Bah.

Omg, don't tell me this is due to the blocking by tmnut for p2p? I hope not. But the d/l speed is quite slow 10kb - 16kb. Back then, around september, i can d/l upto 70kbs. Now cry.gif

I just wanna confirm with you guys, is anyone getting pre-earthquake speed with their emule (50~100kbs)??

Nowdays i consider it a lucky day to see my mule breach 10kbs....sigh

Is this going to be a permanent thing due to TMnet's throttling or are we still waiting for the cables to be fixed?

Guys, i wonder if the VPN program[cFos Speed] will really speed up the d/l speed? Will it be effective for emule too?

I found it at this link http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/382121

It says for p2p. But since our emule speed has been down so badly, will it help a lot? Anyone has used b4? Mind to share with us about the result? I mean for Emule only.

P/S I hv one friend staying near to PJ, exact location still not sure. He is able to d/l BT for uptill 180kbs! But he can't connect to emule. Wat is going on? How come his BT is so fast but can't connect to emule?

Pre-earthquake days i can get to beyond 100+ kB/s

After, i can only average around ~50kB/s.

Hey IntegraTypeR, so you're consistently getting speeds of ~50kbs? That's great...did you tweak anything?

I think for emule, it depents on u download wat file. Since it is based on the user that share the files for upload. Thats y if u dl ancient movie that ppl rarely have, u will have a hard time to dl it.

nah...dreamgirls, the departed, the queen, babel etc are anything but ancient, but i hardly get speeds of over 10kbs these days, used to average 100kbs or 6gig a day

this feels exactly like going cold turkey on cigarettes
