For CPL..get the thinnest you can afford..otherwise when u use it with wide angle lens you will see vignetting..

cheap close up filter make your image like a point and shoot image quality...very lousy...get a proper macro lens...like the zuiko 35mm macro lens...i think 2nd hand can get for rm600 below

yes use zuiko 35mm macro need an adapter..mmf-1

manual focus with ep2 and epl1 is easy if you have the viewfinder..if no viewfinder also easy..just use the green lil bos select area you wanna focus at and it will auto magnify to that area and then u twist and turn the barrel till everything sharp and voila snap it..

25mm f1.4 also need IS la..it depend on the quality of light..have better than dont have

Nokton 25mm f0.95 this one can consider...leica f1.0 forget about it.. i better use that money to buy second hand car
