Just bought a pair of sennheiser cx500.. After burning in for around 48 hours, the sound is simply awesome. I love my new baby

Has anyone tried FiiO E5 amp with sennheiser cx500 before? Is it good? Im looking for a budget amp which is below 150..and came across this. Scared if it will produce hissing sounds..

save your money, you dont need an amp for that iem as it is very easy to drive. you would be better off getting a better iem with your amp money.

haha, but an amp should bring up details.

if u can justify bringing some details for the price ur paying, than to use that money to buy a better iem..then go for it.

hmm, maybe can suggest him to invest in an better amp.

For example..? My budget is below RM150 Guess i'll just use the iem without amp then.

hope you can increase the budget to get the hippo amp.
otherwise, just use it without amp until you have enough budget.
