3000 if u have ram that can clock hi...like tccd...choose higher multiplier if ur ram cannot clock that hi or u want to run the mem at tight timing...
but if miskin like me...i take 3200 coz my mem cannot clock that hi...

for mem setting, u got so many stuff to tweak on this dfi mobo...so by tweaking these setting, u may squeeze extra mhz...if u lucky enuff...but whatabout proc speed oc...what setting can u tweak to get better oc...will the mem setting tweaking has any impact of getting more out of ur proc oc???

diff people use diff methods/tests...
theoretically...i'd use test 5 or 7 or 8 for burn-in...and for stability...use all tests...but in the real world...i only used test 5...hahaha...malas nak tunggu...
