my newly bought tokina and pro1d filter were also wet because of the whole day rain in tokyo
no choice, if i dont take it out, then i wont be getting any pictures
now, my filter leaves some marks that cant be cleaned by lens paper nor blower
what can i do to clean those marks? its something like oil stain

tried cleaning use alchohol but not skilled enuff
