I've been told that there is no monthly bandwidth quote for the new RM68 Desire HD package..

Hey, guys. I'm a digi prepaid user, I sign up the DG Smart Plan at DLE on friday, but til today I still haven't been able to switch to the plan. How long should I be waiting? When I ask the guys, he just ask me to change the sim card when the old sim card is no longer working. But I though it should be within 24 hours.

weird..mine was like in few hours and it was done..new sim card changed.

Depends on how you see it.
It's unlimited in the sense that you will not be charged when you exceed 3gb but Digi FUP state that they have the right to throttle your speed all the way down to 128kbps when you go over the quota.

I know that 3GB quote does apply on DG previous smartplan, but I've been told that there are no 3GB quote for the package comes with Desire HD.
That's why I want to confirm if anyone else know about this new package.

Don't see why that should be the case. As far as Digi sees it, you've signed up for the Smart Plan. One Smart Plan subscriber's pretty much the same as the next one.

I think you'll probably want to chalk down the variance to salesmen talking out of their asses. If the guy sticks by his claim, tell him to put it in writing.

one is still like the original smartplan... another one is the Smart Plan Lite..

Lite only RM28/month.. but limit to 300MB data....

yes..can use tethering..very nice speed.sometime can get 3Mbps..
3 gig for me not enough for tethering..but sufficient la for 1 user use..
use 3gwatchdog to monitor the usage..

through this link, can someone explain how does this 'Save Smart' works? wat does the 25% Discount if TOTAL BILLED USAGE is RM 100-199 and RM 200 started Internet is UNLIMITED?

when ur total bill.. included ur call/sms/bla bla bla... over RM100... ur smartplan RM68 will get 25% discount.. which is about RM17... if ur total usage more than RM200.. ur RM68 will be waive..

for smart plan, we wont get any additional charges once we over the 3GB quota, rite?

After i read ur explanation, is that means this DG Smart Plan has included with the Internet Unlimited plan which cost RM 68 every month? and this RM 68 will be free if total billed usage reach RM 200 or above.

then wat will happen IF total billed usage not even reach RM 100 and we did not use the Internet too. they still charge us RM 68?

10. What will happen to my credit if I am a DiGi Prepaid customer converting to DG Smart Plan?
A. We would advice you to use your credit and leave RM10 before conversion as the credit will not be brought forward/tranferred.


and

34. If I convert my DiGi Prepaid to DG Smart Plan, will my credit be carried forward?
A. Yes, your credit (up to RM500) will be carried forward and be used to cover your coming months' bills.


What are the difference btw Q10 and Q34? Can I bring forward my credit if I am concerting from prepaid to smart plan?
