Dudes,
Warranty is 2 years. If got issues, just go directly to any HTC service centers across Malaysia. This is confirmed by HTC, SIS and DiGi. Also, I'm working something out about the stock issues. Best we can do is to direct everyone to specific DiGi Stores that we can ensure that there's stocks. I'll let you know after my meet up with the guy handling HTC Legend in DiGi. Hopefully he'll be back from MC. Anyway, why not fill up this form and I'll get someone to give you a buzz when stocks are in place. http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl...PM1VZMU1PWlE6MQ |

From the FAQ:Can I use iDiGi with my other smartphones? Technically yes, however it is best used together with your iPhone as it is designed specifically to maximise your experience on it. But then, you won't have BIS on iDiGi. |

I was told by DiGi Customer Service officer last Sunday, that the phone warranty will follow as the manufacturer, if SiS HTC provide 2 years warranty, so we get 2 years

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Apr 28 2010, 12:33 AM) Dudes, The answer I got from Digi is also only 1 year warranty, but i emailed HTC to verify. Warranty is 2 years. If got issues, just go directly to any HTC service centers across Malaysia. This is confirmed by HTC, SIS and DiGi. This is the reply from them: As for the warranty, HTC do offers 1 + 1 year HTC Local warranty by having customers must return our HTC Reply Card (Distributor Copy) with details filled up to SiS Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd. Kindly refer the details as below: SIS Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd 37, Jalan Kartunis U1/47, Temasya Industrial Park, Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. Tel : 03-5569 8878 Attn: Ms Fifie Once we recieved it, we will courier our HTC Extended Local Warranty Card to you. |

QUOTE(Enilyks34 @ Apr 28 2010, 01:43 AM) EDGE speeds in Melaka are quite decent actually (not good enough for Google Maps though), but if u were to pay RM68 for EDGE speeds while others are paying the same amount for 3G speeds, I guess it's not worth it |

Better confirm you're not on CELCOM's blacklist. They are known for doing that...

QUOTE(kanethesun @ Apr 29 2010, 10:25 AM) Or this is a tactic to 'intentionally and legally' bind their customers with their network. After all, it is easy to 'just blacklist' someone and the rest of the telcos will run away and that someone has no choice but to stick with Celcom? |
