I dont think it can get till that hot till it will burn you or cause injuries... Its Apple and so far I never read any heat issues for the new MBPs... Im sure it will be a good buy as many people wants to own a 17" i7 MBP man...

QUOTE(beguiler @ Apr 27 2010, 04:25 PM) actually i was about to go pick up an i7 macbook pro 17inch but after read the review just now , i wonder is it really a good choice to go for 17inch i7 macbook pro -.- remember the review is only for a single unit. as i said, it's a manufacturing product. one unit cannot represent the entire production line.QUOTE(mememe12 @ Apr 27 2010, 04:31 PM) juz get the i7. anything happens, got warranty. hehe |

Haha.. No one wants to claim warranty if possible.. =) But all electronic gagdets are not perfect and maybe some are a little bit defected units after some time but definitely a small percentage as QC definitely is strict and wouldnt allow defected unit to pass through shipping..

QUOTE(mememe12 @ Apr 28 2010, 02:17 AM) It actually isnt that crazy at all.. I am studying in Australia now for what 4 to 5 years now, seeing someone using a mac during lectures, in the library or in coffee shops is a norm.. Apple products is a norm here and the after sales are quite good. The quality of the product itself is also good. Most students would go for an Apple Macbook because they are affordable and reliable as well... Not to mention they get discounts as a student... Me... I am a pc user because... I CANT AFFORD A MAC.... YET.... |

Just a question guys. Are there are cosmetic differences between MacBook Pros of mid 2009 and the new line of MacBook Pros?
