Yeah, it was likely the result of a class-action suit.
You're completely right, in Malaysia the absolute rights and freedom of consumers is very much a theory, nearly non-existent in reality.
My 6 year old Dell still works (needed lots of repairs of course), along with a 3 year old and 0.25 year old Dell.
I would just like to warn others before buying a Lenovo here, because it would be like buying a Sager here - if you had a major problem or several problems (like the ones I described) that cannot even be fixed by the (albeit mediocre) staff after months, and which exists across batches of the product, then you are screwed, because you can't get proper attention for it to be repaired - buying a Sager means you may need to incur expenses to send it back etc.

If you really encounter bad outcome on a brand, switch to others rather than suffer yourself. |

core i5,500hd,2gb ddr3 ram,14"led screen,intergrated nVidia 512mb
all for rm2099. So tempting...

Can someone tell me why i got a pop up about my ATI is not working?
This is the pop up message
Catalyst Control Centre: Host Application Has Stopped Working
I tried to debug it even online search for solution also cant...
It all happen after i updated the ATI systems

hi, i would like to know have any of Y460 user facing the problem like me? when ever i close my lcd then it will turn to sleep mode right?, but then somehow after 1 hour the y460 just power off, and when i booot up the laptop it show message that the laptop is not proper shut down... beside it happen when i close the lid, it also happen if i leave it for above 1 hour with lcd lid open... any clues what may cause this happen?? and i dont think is over heat...  ps: this is just like what happen when u unplug ur power when the laptop is running |

hey guys I really need your help.
I reformated the drive and installed a fresh copy of Win7 64bit, but the graphic switch no longer works! I have installed a ATI graphic driver already but it still doesnt work. Please let me know what driver to install to get it work. thanks
