yah... a week. sorry
do cardio for 30 minutes then i will do target muscle for 1 hour... abs is compulsory, then alternately do chest and shoulder or back... then i will do another 45 minutes cardio

as for diet, i eat herbalife morning shake wit 2 fruit. then eat normal lunch, usually sandwich for dinner wit lots of vege and one thin slice of uncook ham or bread... i also eat a banana and a cup of milk after workout for potasium and protein... goin to change to whey protein soon

It's my second week of taking lipo-6 black today, so far I've lost 2.5 kg.

I've noticed when taking lipo-black:

Your heart rate pump so much faster, even more when doing weight lifts and cardio.

as for cardio think other guys have explained.
as for diet, try the 5-6 meals a day. dun go for a very heavy one each time u eat. just make sure it can last for a couple of hours or so
this shall keep ur metabolism rate high all day long.

Hm...my advise..don't take any supplement on cutting down you weight, it's not that im saying that's an bad idea but i consulted some nutritionist, they claimed that Lipo-6 might have side effect for long term using..it cause the nerve system problem, so it is not encourage to take that though it can see the effect.

i don't take any supplement. Last time i was 105 kg right now im 82 kg and i'm still working on it. Just required some proper diet and work out. Cut down your food amount and fats. Then, you will see the result. If u ask me how long i take, i said about 1 year but worth it. No pain no gain..

i now taking lipo6x for a week already, so far had drop for 2kg. i am 83.5kg on the first day i start on lipo6x, today weight is 81.5kg. so far i only take 3 tablets perday + cardio and some weight training. so far quite a good results and hopefully one bottle can help me lost 6-8kg. one thing to remember is that have to drink lots and lots of water when u taking lipo6. i dint follow the instruction given as morning 2 tablet and 2 tablet before lunch. my way to take it is 1 tablet before breakfast, 1 tablet before lunch, and another tablet 3 hours before work out. the effect is much better.

lipo 5 is out? i didnt know.
if u r talking bout lipo 6 then...
lipo 6 it depends on individuals, but i doubt it happen or maybe rarely.

lipo 5 i dont know.

Lipo 6 ... i think it does, i actually scolded a guy who approached me in a restaurant for donation, i said i m not interested yet he still pestering me and at last i shouted at him...... so.... i think it does trigger a little XD

i took L-Carnitine before last time....good results, but it gave me mood swings too
so..i was thinking...whether to go bk to L-Carnitine or try Lipo 6

Definately L-Carnitine. I took both before, i never look back at lipo 6. L-Carnitine fumatrate.

I think most of the fat burner out there consist some amount of caffeine that boost ur focus during training as ur diet going, u may feel more lethargic and tats when those caffeine comes into action thou.

my view, diet 50% exercise 49% diet 1% fat burner. hehe.

Like other forumers' advices, better to avoid medicine to do weight loss..


I use natural way... exercise, control diet and of course, take many organic fruits...

been using lipo6x....nothing seem to work wif my body...
1st week using=yeah ur appetite decrease, ur heart pumpin faster especially when doin cardio n work out....
2nd weeek using= effect getting slower as ur body immune....
3rd week using= getting reverse effect....ur appetite getting worse, eat-eat n eat...feel very lazy to do just anything....

I'm using lipo-6 black too. At first i was impressed with the tremendous feedback given by ppl in websites and forums.

This is my fourth week, taking 3 capsules before bfast, another 3 in the afternoon. It is totally a crap as claimed to be the 'cruelest fat burner'.

I can only see a 2kg body weight decrease(i'm 84kg), which i believe is due to my strict no-carb diet plan, HIIT program and weight training. If i knew it, i would have spent on protein instead.
