lost 6kg on my first month of using it -- been on plateau for god knows how long.

30 min. of cardio, 30 min. of resistance training

Mon, Wed, Fri

take note that i've been doing this for 7 months without any change in weight. 1 week after taking lipo-6, i've already lost 2.5kg.

shit, i sounded just like testimonial faggot in fatburner site.

Before even thinking about fat burners, I think that you should ask yourself this question " Have I done all that I can to lose fat or break this plateau"?

If you're not eating right, training right and sleeping right, I don't think that fat burners would do you much good. If you've hit the wall with your current progress, maybe you could up your cardio intensity or duration. Perhaps you could be a little stricter with your food. There are so many factors to consider before even reaching the fat burner stage and they don't require you to spend more than what you are already spending now. Save the fat burners for last, I would say. But it's your choice dude biggrin.gif

if you don't do cardio or regulate your diet, it's just a waste of money. Try doing everything you can first. Pesonally, i lost 10kgs in 6months by doing that.
