call 100 a.k.a celaka everyday.... those technician a.k.a b@st@rd is farking lazy ... called 100 juz nw and told me that those b@st@rd need 3 days time to contact me for homeline installation.... celaka punya ..need ppl rush them for their own job

u applied at tmpoint ? i tot they supposed to gav u soon after they key in the info ... the confirmation slip is print out after that

basically soon after u write all ur info in the application form , tm have the obligation to free u a netbook no matter wat , coz its a contract d...

they will send it to u using courier

finally those bugger came and installed my homeline ... the bugger told me he came my house on last friday .... he tot everyone is so free like him.. called tm at 100 , wasted 10mins (RM3) and told me tm will activate my streamyx in 3days time

fixed line activated and now waiting TM to send a job order to streamyx for activation.

i tot bugger will automatically proceed to activate streamyx after phone line activated

yes , call them everyday to make sure ur streamyx is under process

take 1mbps and ask the technician to cap u at 2mbps ... i get around 1.7-1.8mbps for 1mbps....

i applied for NEW homeline and i only have 1 telephone line to my house ... i havent terminate my current 1 , but thx to the tm contractor , he straight cabut my current phone port and plug in the new 1 which is Unipack 1....so that i no need to re-wiring a new phone line or terminate my current phone earlier

yes , of course can terminate old streamyx , juz walk in tm point .......

eventhru tmnut is stupid , but i dont think they will tat stupid...come on , its doesnt make sense , the system will show all ur info once IC is type in , such as ur last subscribed package and so on ... the staff dont even need to click and everything is shown.....

somemore , u need to pay the remaining months of subscription fee + RN600 penalty ... if u subscribed 1 month and terminate , u left 11months(RM50x11months + Rm600)

RM550+Rm600 = RM1150 ... u can get a new netbook at Rm1250 without going thru all the hassle to get ur uni chop and submit ur form ..... common sense....

as long as ur at least 2nd year student , u r probably eligible for the package d..
