Power coated is just a layer of paint and it will still rusty. If want to avoid rusty, go for galvanized.

RM40 psf is very expensive. Normally they will top up RM2-3 for each sqft if you need to do powder coated. If the grill cost is RM10 then powder coated will be RM12.

Try contact ThreeKim. Search "Kenment Teow Chee Seong" in FB will do. Can get free quotation and good service.

Anyone heard of galvanized spray which is sold in can? I tried to find this but so far not found in 3 hardware shops. My newly installed grill is releasing some rusty liquid at the joint L-shape section. It only happens to certain joints, not all. Thinking to spray with galvanized spray n then touch up with bit of paint to prevent the rusty liquid from coming out.

Any other recommended options n where to get this galvanized spray? Thanks.

For a double storey end-lot house 18 x 65 - whole galvanised MS grilles for windows, main entrance door and gate, may I know roughly how much to budget for? Is RM18k enough?
