wrought iron is stronger and normally more expensive.
mild steel is those normal material, or ... shall i said just steel?
hollow meant its not solid, got hole in the middle.

I think judging by type of house is not really accurate. Better with per sq ft. even for intermediate DSL, the total area need the grille could be different if there's big windows vs small windows.

no need permit for gille..
market price rm 13.00 per sqft wrought iron.

good luck....RM7100....is not unusual because new house alot of windows and sliding door...

Glass homes are nice till you find out how much grille can cost you!!
If you are having a end lot or corner unit then....good luck....

sometimes i feel sad that we cant have houses without the grilles........ sad.gif its actually kindda nice.......but sure kene pecah one.....i think if there's no grille, the house needs to be equipped with hefty security systems like laser sensors, ADT centralize security, CCTV or even a guard! nothings cheap sad.gif the police should ronda2 the housing areas everynite sad.gif and thiefs + robbers should be feed to the sharks vmad.gif

wrought Iron nowadays is just mildsteel that went extra hamemring to give its texture.. (how I know? cause I`m selling it maa)

carbon steel is divided into 3 types...
low, medium & high

we normally use low one... or term as mild steel or M.S

medium / high is used for shaft, gear etc very hard n heavy

the price of wrought iron depends on complexity of the design...

and the price also depends on what paint and how many coating they use....

I propose you ask all this detail

I cant... as i`m selling raw material to fabricator.. and the price depends on their workmanship and skill....

I have material of wide range of size and grade... the fabricator might selecct cheapest grade and quote you the cheapest price... your grille rust in 2 months time, the colour fade in 3 months time.. it`ll come out if people bang on it
