shocking.gif Remarkable! I'm really astonished with his mounting high courage to do it himself. How you can do it? Any expert views before we can "operate" our laptops by ourselves?
*
bah. i am too lazy to study last night and all the games had been finished. so i take this opportunity to know my beloved deeper than its surface! laugh.gif

opinion : aaaa? just do some research a bit before operating it up. its much better than operate it blindly. its kinda tricky if you don't know the structure underneath each part in the first place. for examples - the SLi bride that i mention aboved & wires that connect my keyboard to mobo. usually there is only one wire (the black one) but Alienware have 2 wires (+ yellow/orange). so if you just open it up blindly, you might snatch the yellow wire and no more bling-bling sweat.gif

I didn't see alienware booth too. However, I did saw the M11x and M15x inside Intel Guru.
*
lol thats mean they only held one happening exhibition to acknowledge Malaysian about the arrival of Alienware in Malaysia. thats all.

after that exhibition, no more special discount and you only can buy this machine through Dell website (officially, Garage Sale is not count)

lucky you faizal because listen to others advice that waiting for PC Fair not granted you with anything smile.gif

@Mr.Docter

You can get the B&Decker one from ACE Hardware outlets. As for Dyson, I haven't seen them being sold here. They're damn cool and the suction motor is the most powerfull I've seen. You can check their webbie, and see all their cool stuff there.... The Dyson handheld I posted is just one of the few handheld models they have. And this purple one is a collaboration with Issey Miyake if I remember correctly so Im assuming its not that cheap.... tongue.gif

I was at PC-Fair today as well. Just took a brochure from DELL Booth and ALIENWARE was on the back page featuring all 3 models of notebook. Went over the Republic of Gamers and they only had the one model G51 series 3D Gaming notebook which was overall plastic but really really highly priced at a minimum of RM7999 to RM9999(3D Gaming capable model) .... This time around PC Fair a bit dry..... :/
*
i see.. not interested in getting the purple one because i can expect the price will rip off my pocket later sweat.gif

so do you own Black&Decker Dustbuster Pivot vacuum? i tried to google the Malaysian branch of ACE but 404. do you have link or somthing? looking forward to know its price smile.gif

lol @ RM 7,999 you can get M17x with damn nice specs already. and RM 9,999 is not cheap compared to specs provided. better save that money for newer GPU.

tried 3D Gaming with desktop i7-920 + GTX295 for both L4D2 and RE5 few days ago. i rate 6/10 only. lack of 'wow' or 'epic!' factor + giving me headache after 30 min gaming. so i assuming 3D gaming is sorta difficult to be mainstream.

Apparently I got no reply from the last time I asked, so I'm asking again.

What is the "normal" wait time from order to delivery?
If the online status is to be believed, they haven't started work on it although it has been 5 business days after the invoice was given.
*
QUOTE(deathbringer @ Apr 16 2010, 10:57 PM)
do not believe your online order status. not very accurate. mine was stuck at "order received" for a week. just give it at least 2-3 weeks from order date. this is not an ordinary Dell lappie which normally arrives in a blink of an eye.
*
QFT.

i got mine just in 10 days, but the first stage take about 4 days to be move to second stage sweat.gif
