well i dont think all alienwares come with problems or defects, just some i guess.

but well, for the price we pay, we have high expectation so they should deliver perfect laptops to us, without all the hassle sending/calling them.

Called DELL Yesterday regarding request of service, their engineer called me this morning to fix appointment to come at 10am. Its very fast, I told them tomorrow.... Not free today.

I problem is my CMOS Battery not working so everytime I take out battery must re-adjust clock and date again.
Besides that I just want them to take a look at my Heatsink, Fan, and GPU unit. Cos my temps can go above 80c when playing intensely and i have experienced artifacts and streaks at times when the GPU goes really high.

On the side issue, wanna see how they open and see the socket etc for future reference.

guy i jsut found out the Mcafee securitycenter tat come with the m11x is crappy..it cant even exclude folder or files from being scan....so for vmware lover..beware...

just get Microsoft Security Essentials.

really so rich, 11k to buy a notebook. i better buy 2 notebook or 2 pc with super high performance like the ppl post their Asus (ROG) pc in Asus Facebook. their pc really super super d*m cool. 2 or 4 HD5870 wit Maximus III Motherboard + Extreme Core (11Ghz above)

Maybe around 8k to 9k if u wan to sell ( just my opinion ok)
