Some grd rented out at 8k 1st 4k. Those prices was a yr ago. Not sure wat rental now.

We need to appeal and voice our concern with MPS about the high assessment fees !!!

I think agent know, bcos there are many rent ads in iproperty already...SA told me some will moved in next month...but cant trust 100% la...

actually i wan to rent a retail shop, but not sure got crowd or not...

Haha this kindda smallish developments retail usually fail, jus open a shop in IOI City Mall la.

Even if u wanna open u btr wait 6 months after VP to see the demand la.
