You can still stay in your soho unit. Buyers have the option to lease out their unit to the hotel operator to rent out as hotel room. So you may have a neighbour hotel room.

Issues to be considered before investing:
1. Will lower the building appreciation, by how much? Will it better to invest in pure soho or residency, rather thn this rojak.
2. Will it suitable for family staying?

credit to the developer...prime land...fast completion/construction, shops already abundant..nice design concept....it beats glomac shoplot project at the traffic junction by a lot currently....;o

yeah...well see how it goes...cant even beat the domain shoplot...but i think the place gonna boom once glomac 2 complete....besar skit shop lot area dia... biggrin.gif
