the maxis consultant told me it's 18 months if you send the warranty card to samsung else it's 12 months.

When i contacted Maxis I was told all android phones offered except the Desire have a 1 year warranty.

Was at Guidance View for training today, so I went around MidValley and Gardens, cannot locate a single shop selling a pouch/case/SP for the phone >.<

thats why, no case or pouch suitable.

but please check zenus case for galaxy s...damn i want it right now...whoever knows how to order from the korean site or anywhere else please laaa tell us ok...

are these same as galaxy S i9000, just that exclusive to certain operators?
samsung vibrant has own samsung processor will it come to m'sia?

Samsung Vibrant is the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S with a design belonging to them (*note the 4 capacitative buttons).
Samsung Epic 4G is for Sprint and has a hardware keyboard and LED flash but also based on the Galaxy S
Samsung Captivate is for AT&T.

There will be one more for another US carrier. All are derivatives of the Samsung Galaxy S.

guys, how long the battery last for? i used it for half day (make some calls, sms, browsing with 3G occasionally), left 30%.

weird, but my friend's Galaxy S's screen won't time out. As in, he hit the power button, and it remains turned on. it gets locked but won't go black.

Any clues?

I left mine plugged into the wallcharger from last night till 7AM this morning. Went for training, sporadic use which includes facebook, updates, etc etc using Edge only. After that went to Starbucks to surf a bit, then use the FM function when driving back home then now it is...... 42% with wifi turned on for the last 2 hours.
