Agreed, MU RS Premium best speed is 6kbps

I can only get 60kbps from my fav anime site (ddl, not mirror to MU/RS/MF). usually constant 170kbps on my 1mbps line. seriously got problem here, not throttle issue. surfing is also slow.

Slow for the weekend.

When come back from work, re-start and get a 124 port. Start to become fast again. Then slow again....after using a bit..restart again...same thing happen.

Guess the sub line got problem again.

WTH....... Mediafire load half way and i wait almost 3 hours and its the same MU and RS even worst. Speed less than 2kbps. I have to to use leech site to get the original speed >170kbps. . We have to suffer this holiday wif 56k modem speed.

opening wikipedia for one reason is slow since the previous break down.

Youtube for me is just as fast and everything else is slow as TM reroute the traffic to any functional main lines.

Yes, not TM fault this time but the trunk line operating company's fault.

No but we expect things to be resolved so yes it will take time.

But the reason everytime our internet slows down (which is most of the time because of excessive throttling, ip addresses with slow speed, bad routing, etc...) we don't know whether to believe what story they tell us.

Just try talking to their customer service, they usually tell grandma stories to make you go away and not bother them

I don't feel sorry for tmnut at all when people complain about all issues whether or whether not is their fault, since they deserve it

if they want people to respect them, start by offering fair pricings for the packages, and make the speeds more reliable rather then throttling everything that we cannot use the internet service we are paying for. They take our money yet not deliver us what we paid for

When I run the speedometer, and compare with my bandwidth monitor, the speed showed totally not the same....

speedometer is fake 1, it detect your package and show the 'desired' result to you.

But speed today is just as slow as yesterday and the day before. I have never dail 100, to complain on slow speed, but it came to an unbearable point. So i called, they insist that i give them the reading on their in-house "Speedometer", which is the maximum fastest jaw dropping speed i've ever had the privilege to use , i told them the truth. Their verdict: i've no problem with my connection, therefore no physical line checking will be done. In other words, still stuck will Endless slow speed.

I don't want to complain on anything or anyone, just give me the speed i've paid for. Is this unreasonable?
