i got a damn problem.

I'm using 1mb line, 1 year ago the speedtest.net goes up to 1.5mbps download speed like that.

Now i every time test max only 0.8mbps like that. why ? doh.gif
I dulan leh...

before FTP 170kbps... now max max max also 110 only doh.gif
