The darn CABLE SMW4 (SEA-ME-WE 4) is already FIXED weeks ago (29 Apr 2010 mid-morning GMT), here is proof:

But speed today is just as slow as yesterday and the day before. I have never dail 100, to complain on slow speed, but it came to an unbearable point. So i called, they insist that i give them the reading on their in-house "Speedometer", which is the maximum fastest jaw dropping speed i've ever had the privilege to use , i told them the truth. Their verdict: i've no problem with my connection, therefore no physical line checking will be done. In other words, still stuck will Endless slow speed.

I don't want to complain on anything or anyone, just give me the speed i've paid for. Is this unreasonable?
