Correct that one, including the centre black plastic part with the 3 lines and the connector next to the part 4. All got scratches.

Hotshoe won't help prevent the scratches as it will only prevent dirt from sticking at the contact points of the mount bro. The scratches are inevitable if u mount flash but if u use it properly won't have noticble scratches. At least mine doesn't

Mine also got scratches , but its up to u, if u dont want any scratches, then dont use it
