QUOTE(VIPER57 @ Mar 22 2010, 06:15 PM) alan85> that's normal la, the shafts of all motors are like that. the shaft is made to move slightly inwards when u apply pressure on it, and then it will bounce out again. that's normal.can we meet this saturday at about 2pm so i can give u the gears?? and by the way, can we trade parts?? guys since forum so quiet today.. discussion time.. what are your methods for reducing friction in the gear box area. I drilled out the plastic shaft of the green gear. i drilled all the way until got 1mm left . so only 1mm of plastic contact the bearing shaft.
what are your methods? |

i'll be there to test out my car at 6PM today. yesterday i spend time about 1 hour just to setup rear rollers using red duralumin parts..hehe dat part a bit weird..but nice! got characteristic between normal frp+normal aluminium. just my opinion. |
