saga blm is very noisy at high speed and it was damn uncomfortable for long journey.
i own one. use as 3rd ride. m-line auto. highway driving, rm55 of petrol cover more than 420km.
with max speed up to 150km/h and 3 ppl inside.
there is only one neo that matter and it was the cps version, which is again, perform better at higher rpm and thus drink more fuel.
myvi? quite good on fc and comfortable too but handling wise, lose out even to the cheaper saga blm.

that leaved you with vios j manual and that car is easily the best available in the list.

avoid 4wd double cab or whatsoever. you get tired driving it on long journey. i used to drive a lowered frontier before.
