Thats true, but wat if we look at it this way

Lets say the neo cost me 0.10 extra per KM compared to a Vios
I drive 2000 km a month === Rm 200 a month
If i pay RM 600 installment for the Neo per month
I can actually use the extra RM 200 and get a Vios which i need to pay
monthly installment of RM 800
And if i choose to sell the car, i get better 2nd hand value or at least
i dunt hv to bring out money to sell my car...

Hai bro, for FC, i already try Torco RCL (Racing Cylinder Lube). It's work.

TORCO RCL is specifically designed for high performance engines. It lubricates fuel lines, injectors, piston rings and valves to increase engine efficiency.

A combination of state-of-the-art fortifiers and additives provide protection under extreme temperature, high RPM and load conditions.

TORCO RCL promotes clean burning, improves throttle response, prevents pre-ignition, plug fouling and keeps valves clean.

This product is to be POURED into the PETROL TANK. One bottle of 500ml can last up to 04 TIMES WHEN YOU PUMP FULL TANK of PETROL.

The price is not so expensive, just RM30.

myvi, empty to full 40 litres. when u go pump fuel, definitely got some left that's why u never get 40 litres unless u drive till car stall then diff story.

is it even possible for a difference of 10 cents per km for satria neo n vios J?

If you're really really worried about Fuel consumption

why not get a diesel truck?
the vios J is 72 k right?
hilux is 82k (manual) 94 k (auto)

75 L full tank of diesel, the mileage it gets you makes monkeys out of the Vioses and Cities.

Diesel truck is not any better in terms of fuel consumption. Diesel truck can travel further with a full tank cuz it has much bigger fuel tank.
Hilux FC is around 650 - 700km per RM 110. u do the math.

U hv a point there. But it sounds like talk from toyota salesman trying to sell u a vios. hehe.
Between your choices, myvi, saga blm, neo, and vios, the FC diff won't be as much as RM0.10 per km provided u drive sanely.
It seems that your heart is with vios.

I wouldn't recommend Saga BLM Auto...almost legendary in sucking fuel. Myvi Auto FC is better.

No idea about SAtria Neo, but with CAMPRO inside, very likely it'll suck fuel also (but not as bad as BLM).

Best bet is VIOS if you can afford it, 2nd Myvi. Forget the other 2 if FC is your concern.

hmm...at current rate....Assume Vios can do 15km/l, Satria 9km/l....at RM1.80, translate to 12cents vs 20cents....8cents/km.

But since minyak is going UP. Assume RM2.10 ....then it's 14 cents vs 23cents....11 cents/km difference.

Assume minyak naik until RM2.80 like last time....31cents vs 0.18...13 cents/km difference.

Even my mild mod G2 cps MT when 'balik kg' from KL to KB bout 500km with lot of climbing hill road (Karak hgway - Bentong - raub - Gua Musang - KB) only use RM60-70 ron95 fuel hmm.gif
by calculation its only consume 7.8 Liters/100km nod.gif i dont think stock neo with AT will do double my figure whistling.gif

No point comparing highway driving...unless you balik kampung everyday. It is city driving that is concern....this is where CAMPRO engine shows it's true fuel sucking color...and 100km at 7.8l is actually VERY BAD for highway...translate to 12.8km/l for highway!!!

I guess he's not cruising the way ppl want to enjoy good FC cruising... I bet he's doing at least 130-140km/h cruising on the highway... but i think it could be 160km/h cruising... tongue.gif

my stock Gen2 CPS auto tranny can go 5.5L/100km for 100% highway, translate to 18.18km/L... also translates as you can get 100km with RM11.55 of RON97 based on nowadays pricing (I state RON97 here because the test is done with RON97 at that time, 1.80 at that time equal to RM10 = 100km at that time)... you decide whether it's good or not... for me, it's good enough...
