most likely it's the line problem....and it can happen with any other telco as well...

this is happening to my legend and not sure whether you guys have it:

i've setup a task in the calendar and setup a reminder. when the time comes, the reminder sound will trigger. the moment i touch/pickup the phone, the sound goes off. I've already turn off "quiet ring on pickup" in the settings.

this behaviour doesnt happen with phone ring though.

anyone has any solution to this problem?

for those who have tried creating recurring events in the calendar, when you tried to delete one of the event in a set of recurring events, we cannot just delete that one particular event. The calendar give the option to delete "This and future events" and "all events". anyone know how to delete a particular event within a set of recurring events?

install an app called Sound Manager available in the market. then set the vibration settings and do some testing. if everything is ok, then u can uninstall Sound Manager

Added on July 8, 2010, 11:29 pmif i select delete this and future event, all my current and future events will be deleted. if i select delete all events, all past, current and future events will be deleted. there's no option like delete this event only....i wonder why...

anyone using SwitchPro Widget (7 panel switches)? i tried v1.8.1 and most of the switches are working, except Data Connection switch which works sometimes and sometimes not. I cannot select 3G-2G switch since it needs root and will only bring you to Settings page.

anyone manage to install Papago M7 with MFM maps on Legend? care to share the steps on how to do it if it's possible?

anyone knows of any stock apps/widget that get real time/delayed data of stocks in bursa malaysia? i tried to find malaysian stock in the HTC Stock widget/apps but cant find any msian stock...

i can add the account for facebook for htc sense and get the feeds in FriendStream now. also managed to profile photos back in People now....

if you can live with inverted sms order and slightly worse off battery life....

generally, i would say it's much better....stronger signal reception and faster access especially while using 3g/wifi to browse. so far the quiet on pickup problem (even if you have unchecked the checkbox) has not resurfaced after the update.

After updating to latest firmware, realized that after I use wifi and turn it off, and then I try to turn on 3g, it won't connect unless you reboot the phone. Anyone has such problem

hmm....weird...anyone else has such issues or would it be my wifi config issues?

does anyone of you still have the problem of data connection (3G) gets connected automatically after switching off GPS signal, even with the latest firmware? this has been my problem every time i use gps since the first until latest firmware. have to turn on airplane mode to kill off 3G connection totally.

what i meant was after i use map program such as google map or papago, i turn off gps and 3G turn on automatically and there's no way to turn it off (using power control widget or through Settings) unless you turn on and off airplane mode.

for those who use Switchpro widget, when you turn on Wifi signal using the signal and then turn off wifi after using, will the Data Connection sign/symbol gets turn on automatically? this happens to me everytime after i turn off wifi.

ps: i'm using the latest version 1.8.4

for those who use Stock (Yahoo Finance) apps that come with Legend, after adding counters in the apps, is there anyway to remove those added stocks from the apps? i dont seem to find anyway to remove the stocks.
