You guys need to download htc sync 2 for the drivers, then download the android sdk, before starting the downgrade process. Gold card the id thing need to reverse, but if you use the application to create, the application will reverse it for you.

it is said that HTC Sync 3 may have problem... Uninstall it and get V2...

Is it ok to flash to the nightly without wiping data? Too lazy to restore all the apps after wiping.
I'm using azure, planning to upgrade to the nightly... |
