i think so, cause the usb is for the control dock and the led lights.

Will not produce sound if USB not plugged. It is used to power the Kave's drivers.

Just got back my Kave today from RMA biggrin.gif

Hi!

Can anyone tell me what are inner dimensions (width, height) of ear cups on this headset (if someone could measure it, that'd be great smile.gif)? I'm thinking to buy it, but I don't want to buy it just to find out that my ears don't fit into. rolleyes.gif

hmm.gif As far as I know, new batch's vibration drivers are better than the old ones. The vibrations are light, but its there and sufficient to give you a good feel. Certain audio frequencies will caused the drivers to vibrate.

hi, want to ask here,
if i want to grab kave, do i need external sound card because currently using on-board realtek soundcard.
really like the vibration feature and authentic 5.1 channel. biggrin.gif

and is that kave really heavy for long use?
i have a lots of gaming hour. so i heard quite some complaining about its weight.
