Mine soon going to be 3 months for RMA... tsk, this is terrible la the distro. What's Roccat's distro? Gonna avoid any product by that distro from now on.

Is true.. alot of sucks distro in malaysia.. BUT, we have to know whether its your seller problem or really the distro problem.. We have to know the real story before we condemn the distro ma... muahaha... i met quite a few lousy distro before, i mean, warranty eff-ing delay... biggrin.gif who knows.. its LYN seller problem..  icon_rolleyes.gif

Wow!! How come your Sota is not eligible for warranty? shocking.gif
*
Well guys not to be "biased" but I think you guys should check with the seller. So far regarding RMA/Warranty for Roccat products, so far not much issue which got the return in LESS than 4 weeks and sometime within 1-2 weeks (mostly) biggrin.gif

FYI, some seller like to "collect" RMA thingy b4 send for warranty thus casing the delay = shortcut blame distributor shakehead.gif

The problem is my friend actually bought a version of the Kone that is supposed to be recalled back because of some manufacturing flaw that makes the scroll wheel prone to spoil.

Supposed to be a one-to-one swap for a defective model, but it took them 3 months to RMA.

I encountered similar issue, but not sure if my batch is faulty or not. But the scroll wheel spoiled in less than 3 months. Also took long time for RMA...

Answer/Mushkin's RMA is fine. I send all my customers to RMA directly with them, and with the right person. It gets done the same day usually since there is no fixing most parts smile.gif

Finally got back my Roccat Kone which I RMA months ago due to 1. double click issue and 2. faulty scroll wheel.

I got it back, and was told my unit was replaced with a refurbished unit. And to my amaze, the refurbished unit was even more worn out than my 6 months old Kone back then! sad.gif

I'm very disappointed with Roccat, my first and last time buying this brand ever... Both Kone and Sota failed on me.

Any kova+ user here?
What is your opinion on this mouse in terms of durability?
Does the rubber coating started to peel off after a short period of time or started to show signs of wear and tear?
