I wonder if this is a normal issue with Roccat Kone, my left click recently started to register double clicks a lot. Not to mention my scroll wheel is squeeking too.

Previously I used Krait, Copperhead and Diamondback before.. didn't encounter this kinda double click issue yet. Even my previous A4tech X7 mouse also no such problem before . A little disappointed with my first Roccat product >_<

Side note, opening up the mouse... won't it void warranty already?

My Kone still under warranty, I'll try for RMA in this case. Thanks for the link! Next time if it happens out of warranty period at least I know what to do .

Oh well, already packing it up to send back for warranty already. Don't want to take the risk :S.

My Kone is only 6 months old a bit disappointed it started to fail so fast.

It is a Kone, not the Kone[+].

Unlikely... jumping ship to G700 . Will be back once Roccat have new range of wireless mouse xD.

Anyone using Roccat Sota here? Mine is starting to warp, it isn't flat anymore. Is this normal once a mouse pad has aged? My working surface has always been my table which is completely flat.

What exactly does 'another' means? Ahh? This Sota is known to kembang?

I thought you meant this is a common issue ._. Like 'another one also kena already' haha!

Haih no choice la, use until its worn out then am gonna change to other surface, definitely not another Sota again. Nice surface, but warps

Initially I thought mine kena sweat or water or something... when I google around seems like a common issue. Perhaps due to the metal foil in between? Hmm.

Sigh, my first Roccat mouse and pad failed me Disappointing T_T maybe I selected the wrong selection from Roccat.. Kone + Sota.

Sota is nice, but sadly the mat will warp after using for sometime. Happened to mine after 3 months

Happened to my Sota as well. I asked my seller, he mentioned its not eligible for warranty. And besides my Kone RMA is taking ages! ._. I'm losing my confidences and patience with Roccat products already.

Mine soon going to be 3 months for RMA... tsk, this is terrible la the distro. What's Roccat's distro? Gonna avoid any product by that distro from now on.

You are able to RMA your Sota due to warpage?

I encountered similar issue, but not sure if my batch is faulty or not. But the scroll wheel spoiled in less than 3 months. Also took long time for RMA...

Finally got back my Roccat Kone which I RMA months ago due to 1. double click issue and 2. faulty scroll wheel.

I got it back, and was told my unit was replaced with a refurbished unit. And to my amaze, the refurbished unit was even more worn out than my 6 months old Kone back then!

I'm very disappointed with Roccat, my first and last time buying this brand ever... Both Kone and Sota failed on me.

Wow, mine's used only for about 6 months and also kinda bad already... cannot tahan instantly I changed to a Goliathus instead, no issue with warping like the Sota .
