QUOTE(ham_revilo @ Mar 12 2010, 12:34 PM) lets hope so. so far i have not contact answer sdn bhd so im not sure i can RMA here. but i kinda doubt they will do it unless i pay a fee or something. This is the "disadvantage" when you don't get it from local distributor anyway, i'll get back my mouse hopefully by sat or sun so i can know what is the actual problem. You don't get the warranty support + speedy RMA service + F.O.C warranty claim Hopefully Answer can help you, good luck bro |

QUOTE(meetxj9 @ Mar 12 2010, 08:55 PM) Its not news guys, Roccat mouses have problems with their scroll button after a peroid of time. I knew this because i read up on the mouse on sites and youtube. Almost everybody who bought it claims that the mouse wheel button will die out in 1 month if your unlucky. At first the complian was directed to the V1 series of the mouse but after these guys purchased the V2 version the problem was still there. Lucky for me i hold out on buying for awhile to see if this was true. Aside from that there was no complian about the mouses performance. Right now Gigabyte seem to be going into the Luxury mouse business, the mous i just bought which is GM-M6880 is almost identical to KONE in shape but lacks the performance. GM-M8000 looks very nice too but it doesn't have that nice matt feel to the suface, but still its a wicked buy if your not too fussy about the surface. I don't think RMA a mouse from Local Distributor will take around 3 months I would advice the guys who haven't bought the mouses to hold off buying it yet until they solve this issue. And to those whose mouse is already suffering from this you have to mail it back to their source for a replacement. Mind you this might take 3 months. If your mouse does not have this problem you are very lucky indeed. For me, 1 month is MAX period for RMA/Warranty from reseller (me) point of view If you have source, point it out. Don't simply voice out your assumption, bear in mind it will tarnish someone reputation ~ dude This post has been edited by lingloong: Mar 12 2010, 11:04 PM |

QUOTE(kInOzAwA @ Apr 2 2010, 08:51 PM) nahhhh a big deal problem for you. I'm using Roccat Kone. I didn't see the problem yet. All the mouse share the same problem (some big number of complain while some not). If you heard about the complain against the actual use of the product, it's fail but this manufacturing defect can be brought back to RMA. 2 years warranty enough IMHO............. Don't worry just grab it. Let them be. Even Razer mouse also not perfect. They're lack of quality in manufacturing too! I'm using them in the past so i know what happen to them after some time of used. Yes the KONE really good mouse for the time being in our market. So far no complain yet from my customer regarding this model |

QUOTE(Hiruka @ Apr 28 2010, 12:45 PM) Since last year this "Proton" has been called HahA..and then query bout the quality also popout Germany brand by "Nazi's" engineer There's still many brands wont reach Msia for alternative gaming solutions.. but already too many actually after so many Enthusiast arise.. So far KONE, APURI & KAVE is the best among all in our market. Price/performance too Anyway KAVE will be having promotion for those FIFA Game "kaki" 10% Discount for KAVE when purchase with FIFA World Cup Edition I think Between ur "quote" very hard to understand |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jul 22 2010, 05:52 PM) Anybody try to plug apuri to Razer Lycosa keyboard's usb port? Can work no problem When i plug my camera direct to the lycosa, it doesn't work, i wonder if i plug apuri to the lycosa then only plug the camera to the apuri. Can this work? (I hope it works with the provision of power supply) |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jul 30 2010, 01:38 PM) You mean i plug in my DSLR to apuri, apuri plug in to lycosa, lycisa plug in to motherboard, my DSLR still can work huh. This will be a good news to me. Why so complicated? PC fair Roccat prise list already out? Meaning DSLR & Lycosa ----> Apuri ----> USB port Lycosa USB port weak, only can use like pendrive or memory card reader |

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jul 31 2010, 07:58 AM) Lycosa need to be go to CPU instead of Apuri coz of the speaker and mic. Since u want to plug in audio for ur Lycosa, then direct also ur Lycosa USB to CPU. I'm sure it's cable is pretty damn long as I've been using this K/B last time around My CPU is under the table, all wires above the table need to go through a small opening, which now the opening already fully ocupied by cables. Thus, is a bit hard to put in the apuri cable through the opening. And i feel it is not convenient to plug in my USB devices (DSLR and etc) into my CPU which is located under the table. In view of the weak lycosa usb, i am hoping to get a powered usb port plug into the lycosa can solve this problem. Apuri use to plug ur other USB devices (DSLR & ect)... Problem solved |
