I'm using the Asus Rampage 3 built in X-fi MB sound. Anyone else faced this also? Quoting myself |

QUOTE(Kidz1995 @ Nov 23 2010, 06:50 AM) Yeah you should know i agree with AlexLai, within 1 or 2 hours of gaming, you will feel wanted to take off the headphone. some minor head on top of your head due to the weight(for me) Overall performance is kinda good.Wow, after SPM. now you use i5 already. maju bro eh Roccat Kave is really heavy ? Well, weight is another issue, either you like it or not, you will still need to take off the headphone because of the ear cup that is totally cover your entire ear, so if you're in a hot room, expect yourself sweating as well.(sweating ears ewwwww, yes i seriously mean that) Well, With some heavy music and some game that has grenades and guns shooting, i doubt you will know what's going on outside your room, be expecting some one to wack you from behind and started scolding you and bash you for not replying a single words or to go out of your room and know what's going on and or going out to help out. Even when wearing my headset ( Roccat Kave ), sometimes I can't even hear people calling me even when I'm not playing music
And it's a horrible hair stylist |

I tried using the Kave for some gaming in Moderno before, foooh...
After 1 hour I felt dizzy and tired from using it. But I can't deny it sounds good. |

I'd recommend using the Kave in air-conditioned rooms

QUOTE(Sadrax @ Nov 24 2010, 01:47 PM) most of the headphone also very suck stylist lo, giving those stupid hair style ^^Anyway, some opinion for Kave, true sound is good. the cons is the weight, secondly is the ear pad, for me is quite hard material not really comfortable, I compared it with few of my other HiFi headset like Philips and SONY XB500. (and Kave's earpad really gathering the heat) |

Compared to the Siberia V2's leatherette cups, it's very hard.
