erm.. actually i took vid for form check references.. but im also lifting that weight for my DL.. I know its not a lot, but I'm still working on form.And also worried that I lift too heavy too early without proper form. As for FS my usual gym has a power rack, this one did not have, and as a result I had issues deloading too.I did more than the 5 reps I was supposed to do cuz Im just taking the vid for form check.just a statement ma.
