erm.. actually i took vid for form check references.. but im also lifting that weight for my DL.. I know its not a lot, but I'm still working on form.And also worried that I lift too heavy too early without proper form. As for FS my usual gym has a power rack, this one did not have, and as a result I had issues deloading too.I did more than the 5 reps I was supposed to do cuz Im just taking the vid for form check.

kotmj has reasons and good points behind his comments, and im going to work on that to change my form. After all, safety first!

Good that u know form comes first.
Ya, work on ur form, then only weights come in 2nd.
Better safe than sorry.
No points being ego bout the weights and end up injured

i agree with ur statement although perhaps inappropriate
sometimes gym goers in general think that everyone is equal
so whenever the spot a person lifting/pulling/pushing/ whatever at what some thought is puny, they think that person is weak and a faggot
