just a statement ma.
not everyone can do heavy weights wat.
i also deadlift warmup with 100kg.
haha... if 40kg is wat he could, then of coz, by all means, its good.
maybe he just took that for form check references?

Good that u know form comes first.
Ya, work on ur form, then only weights come in 2nd.
Better safe than sorry.
No points being ego bout the weights and end up injured
