loan approved end feb coz actualy want to buy persona SE.. made fullpayment early mac.. then SA said hv to wait for facelift version.. dunt mind to wait at 1st coz i believe the facelift version should be better.. but now waiting too long.. i even started to pay my instalment aredi last month..

mine is Persona ML-MT (not the elegance model) . So far very satisfy with the car except the brake.

oh, price is a pair. that's cheap. mine rm90 was for 1 side only.

ok..ok.. before everyone get confuse.. my loan is not ordinary bank loan.. i apply gov loan (special for gov servant).. the dealer hv to provide a letter to gov that the stock is ready b4 gov approve the loan. but as i said, i was supposed to buy SE.. when the SA told me to wait for elegance, i feel abit cheated (coz they keep mentioning SE stock is available before that). the time i pay the full amount, the SA went missing and dun answer my calls.. since im at the office aredi, i procced with the payment to an office clerk there.. the SA only called me afterward to tell me no more stock.. hv to wait for elegance version...

that time mix feeling.. feel cheated coz they promised me stock was ready.. but feel happy also coz i want the new version of persona.. but now too long to wait.. sigh...

now my boss start angry coz i still cant give the receipt and d car grant as prove of payment to gov..

WTF?! walau.... ur case complicated la... i believe there are other forumers in here knows how to solve it

btw, anyone of u guys in here experienced that the driver door can open suddenly WHILE DRIVING? Over 6 months ownership of this car, i experienced it twice already. door is closed. but then while driving, kenak bump the door just opens BUT not all out cuz there is a another safety locking mechanism in place.... but its opened la....get it???

so.... what the heck is wrong any idea?

its ok.. i think i can settle my prob.. the only help i need now is to know any of u here got the Persona Elegance HLine aredi.. coz if the unit is delivered aredi, then i can kaw-kaw kejar my SA..
rite now, i still dunt see any persona elegance on d road.. so if my SA said that HLine stock not available yet, i cant say anything to him..

how come you take gov at 4% interest ? Bank 3.5-3.9 % . (just asking, I gov servant too)

I saw 2 elegance on the road (Kota Bahru)....I still waiting for mine ML-MT (green). SA can't tell me when.....

bcoz although gov loan is 4% the calculation is based on reducing balance of the loan where else the bank loan is based on the fix amount of loan.. u can compare the monthly instalment between bank loan and gov loan.. gov loan instalment is lesser.. check it with ur finance unit k..

i can still remember my mom's previous wira b4 she changed to peugeot 306, she was entering roundabout then the rear door swung wide open, the maid sitting behind almost kena thrown out......safety mechanism also fail lol

Get mine since 29th Mar, order on 24th Mar, downpayment and car plate complete by same day.

this car quite nice to me, so lucky dealer got 1 persona elegance that suit me needs (M-line Manual) and color....So able to take it fast...

I get from Penang, not from my hometown, Taiping. Taiping's SA say 2months....

Just now almost accident, traffic light turn orange and jam brake (down hill) ...this car really heavy, drag like 2 ~3 meter only stop. Can see my tyre strech on the road from side mirror


Need to be easy on the acelerator pedal from now on.

yea its heavy, before i drive wira aeroback 1.3, the breaking feel more easy on wira, my new persona need to careful, can feel its weight when breaking. plus still virgin engine just readh 140km

mine also virgin. 170 km only. Just change then brake pad this morning to Trestor Advantage blue. Better dun speed with this baby, speed up very fast without u notice it. (Mine is manual)

yeah speed fast. but hard to stop
any improvement change the brake pad from the stock 1? how much the cost?

Persona brakes memang quite heavy and tak makan, don't know why.

Last time I ask the guy at the service to tighten the brake... he pulak tighten the HANDbrake

anyway, when i'm breaking in slow at traffic congested my break make sound at end like "eukkk"... brake pad prob? any advice?
